This French diving school is renowned for the quality of its services and the diversity of its formulas and training courses (CMAS, FFESSM, PADI, SSI, etc.). From snorkeling in the lagoon to shark safaris or dives in very deep waters (TEK technical training), the experienced and highly professional team adapts to everyone's needs, favoring small groups for a more personalized service and maximum safety. All levels are catered for: from beginner to professional, and the center also trains children aged 8 and over. Equipment supplied.

A very poor introductory dive. The purpose of an introductory dive is for the team to be patient, understandable and take time to walk you through you the required steps for your first time. For the pool session, the instructor had zero patience when guiding me through an exercise that was not explained properly (the steps were explained clearly however it was not mentioned ‘why’ i was doing the manoeuvre which made the instruction hard to follow. I asked for the exercise to be repeated several times as it was not once mentioned why the exercise was being taught (it was as though i was being taught a dance move with 7 steps, being criticised for getting one move wrong). When asking for a step to be repeated , the instructor huffed , rolled his eyes , turned his back on me and even said “do you speak english!” .
When doing the actual dive , the other instructor signalled “flap fins slowly” under water using her fingers even though i had received no guidance on this during the pool session, she then got frustrated at me for not understanding this signal.
If you are looking to book an intro dive , do not book at this centre as you are clearly expected to know everything.
Lastly, the driver turned the boat whilst i was removing my kit and i now i was swollen hand and bruised rib.
Only rewarding 2 starts as the dive itself was enjoyable! I can imagine the dive centre is good if you are experienced - perhaps the dive centre should remove its into dive package.

Thank you Sam for your return.

In order to answer all your statements or questions, here are our answers. We impose the session in the pool before going to sea and for good reason. You were alone in the pool with 1 Instructor for you. There was a briefing on the surface to explain the exercises and then a demonstration in the pool. Outside instead of spending 30 minutes there you spent almost 1 hour. I sincerely think that patience was required as well as explanations. We asked ourselves the question if you spoke English because indeed you had trouble understanding but maybe you were not in your normal state.

At sea, a short briefing was given to you again in order to have a pleasant time underwater. But again the communication was a little complicated. Despite everything, we stayed underwater for nearly 30' and you seemed happy with the past moment. We are used to disequipping beginners on the surface so I don't understand how you could hurt yourself.

But maybe it was when we asked you to remove your fins because the sea moves a little and you have to sit on the benches once on board. Except you have delayed and the sea remains the sea so a few waves move the boat so if we do not respect the instructions you can be badly taken.

I won't finish with the fact that it shouldn't have been so terrible because your friend even came back to dive the following Friday.
