Personnel de l’hôtel et du spa aux petits soins vraiment top.

Nous avons terminé notre séjour à l'ile Maurice dans cet hôtel.
Le cadre est sympa mais pas réellement de belle plage au bord de l'hôtel, joli piscine
le personnel est très sympathique
le buffet est correct
la chambre est joli, par contre bémol pour l'invasion de moustiques pouvant entrer par les espaces ouverts derrière la porte + les mini fourmis partout dès qu'on avait quelque chose de sucré avec nous
UN GROS POINT négatif concernant le bruit. tous le soirs sur les 4 nuits passées, il y avait de la musique a fond de 18h à minuit à base de grosses basses. Nous voulions du calme pour finir le séjour, c'était loupé. impossible de se reposer, de se coucher tôt sans avoir l'impression d'avoir une fête devant notre porte.
Autrement l'hôtel est bien situé près de la ville.

Just returned from an incredible 2 weeks stay at Veranda. I never leave reviews but felt this was the least I could do after such a great stay. The hotel is boutique style with only 90 (ish) rooms so the place never feels overcrowded. The beach area is small and intimate but only a short drive away from Trou-aux-biches and Mont Choisy beach which are both gorgeous. We went b&b which offered a full range of options included freshly cut fruit every day and eggs any way you desire.
What made this stay a stand out was the staff, particularly Ajay and Suresh. They both greeted us every day with big smiles and couldn't do anymore for us. Both of them deserve huge recognition for their service and hard work, we will miss them and will remember them as part of our amazing holiday!

Hotel renovat recentment. Habitacions agradables, encara fan olor a pintura. Buffet correcte per esmorzar i sopar (millor que molts altres hotels similars). Bona ubicació i parking gratuït pels clients. És un hotel gran, amb moltes habitacions. Això el fa més impersonal i hi ha molta gent als espaia comuns. Piscina, menjador… el check in es va fer etern especialment incloent el tour per tot l’hotel. La noia de recepció estava molt refredada fins el punt se resultar incòmode per la tos que tenia.
