Hotel-restaurant in the middle of nature with large rooms and equipped rooms.
This beautiful building gives the impression of living in the middle of nature, thanks to its large wooded park. The eleven bedrooms are spacious and pleasant. The cuisine is up to scratch: gourmets beware! The menu changes every two weeks, with traditional recipes infused with subtle, delicate notes. The restaurant welcomes groups of up to 130 people, and 15 to 40 people in fully-equipped rooms. In summer, enjoy the large covered terrace.

Excellent établissement à Brioude. Un hotel idéalement situé avec de superbes prestations. Un restaurant délicieux avec des produits frais et une équipe au top ! Nous reviendrons. Je recommande.

Restaurant très agréable. Personnel discret et sympathique. Menu à 32€ tout à fait satisfaisant, nous recommandons les tripoux aux lentilles du Puy !
