Restaurant with terrace in a rustic and traditional setting in Roeschwoog.

Opposite the town hall, on the corner of the street, the establishment welcomes you in a vast, wood-panelled room. Tables covered with kelsch tablecloths complete the rustic, traditional decor. Here, the chef prepares classic dishes such as escalopes of duck foie gras pan-fried with apples, fillet of pike-perch with pinot noir, bouchées à la reine and rack of lamb with thyme and garlic confit. A crème brûlée with wild cherry or a café gourmand round off the meal in style. The awning and trees provide pleasant shade on the terrace in summer.

Chez ce restaurateur, j'aurais goûté la meilleure bouchée à la reine depuis 1985 (le Ritz), le pavé de bœuf est aussi à la hauteur de nos attentes. Tout y est donc. Merci pour votre accueil, votre sourire et votre professionnalisme.
