Discover our shop in Roeschwoog which is called " Bredele Boutique "

Aude and Evelyne welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday and offer you all year round a wide range of pastry-making equipment and culinary utensils for making Bredele, but not only..

In addition to the countless cookie cutters (more than 500 references), you will find a complete range of moulds, plates, frames, circles and utensils for everyday baking, Soufflenheim clay moulds (kougelhopf, langhopf, terrines..), consumables such as sugar paste, marzipan, food decorations ..., but also quality Alsatian delicatessen products to make delicious cakes (honey, jam, flour, spices ...). To get your hands dirty, a selection of Alsatian recipe books is also available, and for children, junior books on the theme of Alsace.

Of course, gourmets will find in the shop the famous "Bredele" in their sweet and savoury versions.

Très belle petite boutique

J'ai decouvert récemment cette boutique, juste à côté de chez moi. C'est un peu la caverne d'ali baba pour la réalisation des Bredele. Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire des lieux.
