Without a doubt the best option in Kuala Kangsar, where quality hotels are not legion. Located on the opposite bank of the Perak River, facing the city, this hotel offers chalets and rooms in a building. The chalets are old, but the price of the rooms is modest. The other, more pleasant rooms have colourful walls, a mirror, wooden furniture and bedding with thick mattresses. The D' Cafe, which is continuously open, offers a menu that mixes Western and Asian cuisines. Large selection of fried rice and noodles in particular.
