Laurent works exclusively with local produce and takes great care over the presentation of his dishes. Fish rillettes, seafood spaghetti, gambas with whisky, coral lentil velouté, filet mignon Saint-Nectaire skewer with garlic cream. This lovely off-the-beaten-track restaurant is well worth a visit, whether you're on a motorcycle or just out for a stroll.
