The magnificent dining room of this hotel-restaurant with its veranda overlooks the park of hundred-year-old cedars. You'll appreciate the verdant setting of the terrace or the fireside in winter. The cuisine is gastronomic and inventive, combining regional products and original flavours. On weekdays, for lunch and dinner, we offer a market menu. Add to this a typical local menu. Treat yourself to caillette ardéchoise with chestnut velouté or beef chuck au gratin with reblochon cheese. Finish with an almond cream puff pastry.

Annulation du restaurant à la dernière minute
Réservation faite plus d'un mois à l'avance. Annulation par le restaurant qq heures avant le repas.. Notre dîner de famille à l eau. Nous étions clients réguliers. Irrespectueux.
