The pleasant Esprit Sauvage restaurant serves hearty, well-presented dishes based on local seasonal produce.
In a pleasant setting, enjoy traditional cuisine prepared with local produce. The plates are copious and the presentation meticulous. At lunchtime on weekdays, there's a menu of the day and six set menus featuring mixed salads, beef, snails, frogs' legs, grated potatoes and charcuterie. In the evenings and at weekends, the menu is more elaborate and changes with the seasons, with, for example, pan-fried foie gras, veal pavé with morel mushrooms or filet of Ardèche pink trout. Enjoy your meal on the shady, elevated terrace.
