Chivas are originally the old Panamanian buses, but they also refer to the diablos rojos refitted especially for the fiesta! Colourful and open-sided, the chivas tour the city from 9pm onwards, with an explosive murga ("brass band") inside. The seats have a wooden bar system for glasses and bottles of seco or national rum. Drink, dance, sway... Hotels can take care of organizing the tour, as the chivas only circulate when a sufficiently large group has formed.
