Ibrahim's reception is super and very avenant. This man has a job: He worked for years in the biggest restaurants in the capital. Its establishment is very popular, both by the Malian community and by the tourists of passing. At the close of the mythical Hotel du Rivière, Ibrahim opened the Bafing with the means of the edge, so say with little. But step by step, he invested and made it a friendly place.

Le meilleur endroit de Bamako. Vraie cuisine africaine bien prépare et à bon prix (sauce facoye, riz au gras, poulet yassa, woujoula, poulet à la mangue, brochettes de capitaine, ...), cadre simple mais propre et relaxant, clientèle très variés (locaux, touristes, expatriés, personnel de ministère, officiels, ..), propriétaire très sympathique. Si vous avez un seul déjeuner à faire à Bamako, faite-le ici!
