ODEM MOUNTAIN WINERY

Established since 2003 in the Odem moshav, Odem Mountain Winery produces mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay, all of which have been certified kosher since 2007. Located on the heights of Mount Odem, this is Israel's highest winery. The Alfasi family launched production 20 years ago, and you can taste some of the wines during your visit to the visitors' center, which is open without prior reservation. A selection of snacks and cheeses are available to accompany your tasting.
