Don't let its unglamorous neighborhood bar appearance fool you, Rosa is one of the busiest spots in this corner of Tel Aviv, where good bars are in short supply. You'll find a clientele of upper-middle-class thirty-somethings who like to meet there, on the terrace or upstairs, to share a drink. Rosa Parks offers good music, good spirits and good food, enough to make for a pleasant evening. But it's more a place for drinks with friends than for dinner.
