Hidden in an alleyway, Uganda is on the edge of the Neve Tzedek and Florentine neighborhoods, in the no-man's-land that is part of Jaffa Road. Yet it would be a shame to miss this address, which doubles as a vinyl store and bar. It was founded in 2011 in reference to the legendary Jerusalem bar of the same name, which has since closed its doors. The venue, which doubles as a label, welcomes young artists from the alternative scene to perform here, in complete privacy. It's one of the few truly underground venues in Tel Aviv.
