Pancakes and books! Opened in 2013, this pancake shop shares its space with a well-stocked library. So if you're feeling a little peckish, you can enjoy a good sweet pancake, which you'll find hard to choose from among an anthology of flavours, while reading a book found on the shelves. We recommend peanut chocolate, the most famous one, or lemon-ginger to get your energy back. Besides the gourmet break, the place is also nice to have a salty pancake for lunch, accompanied by a fresh salad and a delicious local juice.

The Saint-Louisienne pancake is a small air France in the Saint-Louis... Hidden behind the church, not far from Quartier Sud, it is discovered deliciously lunch and afternoon for gourmet snacks. The ingredients are fresh and quality, the pancakes made under your eyes and place enticing selection of delicious buckwheat, fresh eggs and engraved vegetables. Nothing to complain about with the owner of the know-how was brought back from Brittany or last to this fact its studies.

Special mention to the pancake with beef (white sauce, beef, onions, omelettes and peppers) which melts in the mouth throughout the meal. Small flat for the service which is not always top level and minimalist-style composed of wooden chairs covered with plastic.

A good place to relax away from the tieb bou dien and other local Yassa, also to buy local products (fresh juice, jams) made by local small entrepreneurs.
