LA FERME DES COCHONS GOURMANDS

La Ferme des Cochons Gourmands is a charcuterie located in Tanavelle, Cantal. It offers a wide range of farm products, including dry sausages, dry cured ham and pâté de campagne. All products are made on the farm in a CE-approved workshop, using family recipes and traditional methods. The farm is located in the heart of the Planèze de Saint-Flour region, at an altitude of 1,000 meters, offering magnificent 360° panoramic views. The pigs are raised on straw and fed on cereals guaranteed GMO and antibiotic-free. Charcuterie is air-dried in the natural Planèze air and salted with Guérande salt. Ferme des Cochons Gourmands also offers Aubrac beef, raised on the farm's mountain meadows. Products can also be purchased online or at local markets.
