Attention ,ne jamais réserver sur hotel.com
En vacances en casamance au maison d hôte chez sophie au cap skirring, nous avons réserver une chambre via hotel .com,mon compte étant débiter avec facture à l appui depuis la Belgique, une fois sur place, Acceuil très froid ,ma patronne lena me dis qu elle travaille plus avec hotel .com
Nous sommes obligés de lui payer le montant dû de notre séjour...prise de tête,cris et imaginer la suite
