Restaurant with a particularly warm atmosphere offering a hearty cuisine in Salers.

Here, we serve bourriols, Auvergne pancakes made with buckwheat flour. It's up to you to choose the filling or to trust the chef's suggestions. Otherwise, you can easily fall back on the menu and the classics such as the 100% Salers beef, the stuffed cabbage or the truffade. The atmosphere is particularly warm at the Diligence, around the large wooden tables and in the company of the chef who does not disdain to come and talk to you about cooking and the charms of the region. Open from early April to All Saints' Day inclusive. Low season: open Saturday to Wednesday. High season: daily lunch and dinner. Single menu: €26 (from). A la carte menu: approx. 17 €. Une très bonne cuisine. On nous a trouvé une solution pour être à l'ombre en terrasse avec notre berger suisse, l'équipe adorable. Le personnel est très agréable. On recommande fortement ce restaurant. On est reparti le ventre bien plein et le sourire. Merci beaucoup.

Nous passons un très bon moment dans ce restaurant chaque fois que nous venons à Salers. Très bonne cuisine maison, accueil chaleureux, prix correct. Super adresse pour déguster la cuisine Auvergnate.
