Restaurant with a particularly warm atmosphere offering a hearty cuisine in Salers.
Here, we serve bourriols, Auvergne pancakes made with buckwheat flour. It's up to you to choose the filling or to trust the chef's suggestions. Otherwise, you can easily fall back on the menu and the classics such as the 100% Salers beef, the stuffed cabbage or the truffade. Carte un peu restreinte, mais variée. Les plats et produits régionaux sont à l'honneur. Les saucisses sont excellentes, la viande de Salers exquise. Grand choix de crêpes, bourriols et glaces, digestives ou non.
