Young chef Enrique Antonio Ortiz May left the comfort of Mérida's large restaurants to start his own business and develop a passionate, loving and refined seasonal cuisine. On the menu, the classic Yucatán repertoire is enhanced by the quality of the products picked from the community and indigenous gardens in the area. You must also visit the bar at the back of the restaurant for its very original cocktails!

The staff is attentive and the presentation of the dishes impeccable, the cuisine served here being above all of regional inspiration, but also international. Among the chef's specialties, the fish fillet in a crust of dried chili pepper, on a bed of coconut risotto, is to die for. The prices are higher than average and also correspond to the setting.
