It prepares its dishes from organic ingredients grown in Lower California to support local producers. As with Deckman, the dishes change according to the seasons, but the kitchen is here much simpler (and also less expensive): They are mainly pizzas, sandwiches, salads, vegetarian hamburgers or macrobiotic dishes. Breakfast is particularly watering. A good address for those who enjoy healthy eating.
