EL CAFE-TAL APAN

Since 2003, the Apan family has been perpetuating the cultivation of high quality coffee in the state of Veracruz. They offer guided tours of the plantation and museum, in Spanish or English, as well as a beautiful getaway to the coffee trees near Coatepec. The most expensive tour includes a visit to a waterfall and a coffee tasting. To make matters worse, the cafe serves good food for breakfast and lunch, which can be enjoyed at picnic tables around the leafy patio. The company also has branches in Xalapa.
