Hotel in Saint-Urcize offering comfortable and quiet rooms suitable for hikers.
The Hotel Remise has been owned by the same family since 1906. Each generation brings its paw, but the spirit remains the same: simplicity and warmth. Lucille and Jocelyn, the fifth generation, are no exception to the rule. They love their "home" where regulars, hikers or fishermen who come to tease the trout of the Bès region, rub shoulders. The 10 rooms are comfortable and quiet. The kitchen, for a small hunger or a copious moment, gives pride of place to Aubrac products: meat, cold meats, cheese and the chef's unmissable aligot.

What a pleasure of being Fred, it is in itself a character! You are in Aubrac, one of the most beautiful corners of France, it is impressive. The restaurant is original point of given decor, it is to be seen (old menus from La Tour d'argent in Paris) and many other things. That is simple and you can eat divinely well for cheap, Aubrac meat cooked it is needed, aligot is best region, all house with simple and delicious desserts is homemade. A good address for lovers of will gra of France.nds spaces. Thank you Fred, thank you Bernard P. my comrade journalist for the first radio
A warm, a table and a home of very good. Unpretentious hotel, but at least remains human dimension. The setting is magnificent.

On mange bien et en raison de l'affluence, cela se sait. Cassolettes de moules ou d'escargots, pigeons avec légumes de saison et un très bon aligot. Prix raisonnables et service souriant. Une adresse à retenir où il faut mieux réserver
