This is the restaurant of the Hotel Parador San Miguel. We recommend this very nice restaurant, both simple and elegant, overlooking the street. Oaxaca dishes, original salads, for example: spinach, walnut, apple, bacon and yogurt salad; pasta and moles of all colors! They make a delicious bread for breakfast.
