Finding "traditional" cuisine in the neighborhood is not easy. Stumbling upon this restaurant and learning about its history is perhaps even crazier, as it was founded in 1945 by a couple from Michoacan whose dream was to come and open a restaurant in the capital. The children took over the business and the emblematic recipes of the region from mom and dad: carnitas, carnitas and carnitas! This place has been a great success and also offers quesadillas, salads, soups and many other typical Mexican delights.
