Like most Bolivian markets, the central market is clean, colorful, and offers fruit, food, and breakfast for only a few bolivianos. On the first floor, you can enjoy Api and Tojorí, the two sweet corn-based drinks flavored with cinnamon and cloves. Upstairs, the caseras are waiting to serve you hot breakfast. It's like being in a Middle Eastern souk. Next door is the entrance to the Mercado Gremial, where you can find everything from clothes, shoes, fabrics and other imported products.

Toujours agréable de manger au mercado des petits plats cuisinés sur place dans une ambiance sympathique. le plat pour trois euros en noviembre 2017!
Evidemment ce n'est ouvert qu'en journée à midi et début d'après midi.
