Popular with locals who come here for afternoon tea, this café is a Sucre institution. It offers a wide selection of original Bolivian pastries, including the delicious Masaco, a Sucre cake made with banana and cheese. You'll have to place your order at the table and the waitress will give you a ticket, which you'll then have to pay at the cash desk, returning to the table to give the waitress the bill. Although the decor makes the place a little cold, the atmosphere is warm and friendly.
