Terraza 625 is the rooftop bar of the Parador Santa Maria la Real, and it's as luxurious as the hotel itself. It offers an obviously sumptuous view over the rooftops of Sucre's historic center, in an elegant and romantic setting, wrapped in the softness of blankets lent out in the cool of the night. Visitors come here for its sophisticated, low-sugar cocktails and gourmet tapas such as grilled octopus anticuchero or paiche ceviche. Chefs are regularly invited to take over the kitchens to propose new dishes.
