This restaurant serves meat à la parilla, chuquisaqueños, fish, pasta... It's quite expensive and the quality is questionable, moreover the service can be quite slow. But what attracts tourists are the large balconies overlooking the main square. You can sit there and observe the chuquisaqueña life with a coffee, a Paceña or Potosina beer. On weekends, an interesting peña huari style animation is proposed.

Le Plazza ou anciennement Los Balcones, est sans conteste une bonne adresse. Par contre, nous avions réservé et notre réservation n'est jamais arrivée. Bonne cuisine, pas donnée pour la Bolivie !
