Gourmet haute cuisine as we like it, prepared with local ingredients, often unknown, and a careful and elegant presentation. Considered one of the best restaurants on the planet, its menu includes such unusual dishes as ice cream with red peppers, chicha foam (fermented corn drink) or filet mignon cooked on the grill with black beer sauce. Its chef, Juan Pablo Gumiel, is also the owner of La Ramona, which offers a completely different cuisine (fried chicken, pizzas, hamburgers), just as succulent.
