CAFÉ EL CONDOR AND THE EAGLE

This café has just opened above the Hotel La Cúpula, and boasts a breathtaking view of Lake Titicaca from its eagle's (and condor's!) nest. Here, you're served a richly flavored organic coffee, sustainably grown in the La Encantada eco-park in the Yungas. At last, a real espresso! We love the French touch in the vegetarian and vegan dishes served at lunchtime, which are light and easy to digest at altitude, especially the salad with real cheese, avocado and preserved tomatoes.
