Alex, the chef from Lyon, and Angie, the Colombian manager, both of whom have been based in Las Terrenas for some time, decided to set up on their own. And they were right to do so, as the restaurant is a great success. In this restaurant, the menu changes every day, depending on the arrival of the sea. On the menu: ultra-fresh produce, truffle squash, beef fillet, risotto, ceviche flambéed in pastis, tataki and much more. In 2019, Alex had already been awarded as Lyon's youngest gourmet chef. You'll soon understand why.
