It is to two French friends that we owe this creperie of Las Terrenas. The history of the sign begins in a food truck of Santo Domingo. At that time, one of the two friends, Marseillais, used to call his associate Victor "hey blond". So much so that the term stuck! The restaurant was opened under the good auspices and advice of the starred chef from Vendée, Valentin Morice. And the result is impeccable! Some suggestions?
