Altos de la Caobita, located halfway between the capital and Barahona, is part of an ecological approach. It is thus solar panels which provide the essential of the energy of the lodge. With several common areas (pool area, relaxation area, restaurant), the lodge is able to offer small independent houses with a view on the bay as well as very good glamping options (tipis, family tents, etc.). Original and committed. Very good stopover!
