This shady and very quiet campsite is situated at an altitude of 1,000 metres in the upper Cère valley. It is ideally situated at the foot of the Cantal mountains and a few kilometres from the Lioran resort. It will be a base camp for any good hiker in summer or any winter sports enthusiast. It also offers original accommodation, such as Finnish kotas, Inuit tents and tents assembled, the barrel (Finnish barrel) and chalets with all comforts. You can also experience the joy of a Finnish kota grill for original barbecue evenings.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en tente. Les emplacement sont très bien avec de l'herbe et des haies pour la délimitation. Le cadre est très apaisant avec le bruit du ruisseau à côté du camping et la vue sur les montagnes. Accueil des gérants très bien. Le camping est calme.
Camping bien situé pour faire des randonnées.

Point négatif, les douches qui sont un peu vétustes ( des portes difficiles à fermer, peu de pression et système d'allumage des douches peu pratique). En revanche les toilettes étaient propres avec du papier toilettes.

Beautiful, we spent a very good weekend. Top services: rental snowshoeing, sauna, kota grill, breakfast... Old but clean facilities and well heated in winter. A report unbeatable price quality. Management recently installed are available, and the small treatment. We rented a barel; very comfortable, very beautiful decoration. Quiet environment, and for activities: hiking, fishing, skiing....

Stay mid-season with camping Saint Jacques des Blats (Cantal) not very hot (essential duvets and sleeping bags) but the atmosphere is heated by the very friendly welcome directions going to the front of the various and sometimes incongruous requests residents. Rent Kota grill for one day allows you to have lunch or dinner in a very pleasant atmosphere menu steak on Salers, truffade dessert wine and coffee. River in camping very relaxing. Affordable prices.
