Friendly restaurant offering regional recipes in Saint-Flour.
La Mangoune de Saint-Flour is the first restaurant of the franchise of the same name. It is here that the concept of an Auvergne brasserie was born, with the aim of offering local specialities in a convivial way in a setting reminiscent of the interiors of yesteryear. You will be able to taste all the regional recipes such as potée, stuffed cabbage, farinettes and bouriols, aligot and truffade. But the house doesn't stop there and revisits certain dishes such as Cantalian lasagne or Auvergne burgers.

This summer I went with friends because I originally from Roffiac; which was my disappointment: truffade and aligot: were heated, more than small shares in large dishes.
Delicious meal! One of the best tables in the region! A bit long service if not everything is SUPERB!
