Petit Futé's opinion on CAMBON CASTLE

The prestige of this residence is to have welcomed King Louis XV. Each room has kept its period furniture, so they are collectors' items, detailed with passion by the owner of the place. Even the piano, and the melodies which escape from it, during the musical animations project the visitor a few centuries back. The castle, renovated in the year of Queen Marie-Antoinette's birth, is dedicated to her and her memory is perceptible behind each door. The visit continues in the French gardens. Not to be missed.

Opening time and information on CAMBON CASTLE

Open all year round. Open from July 1st to August 31st. The rest of the year, visit on request for groups. Exceptional opening for the European Heritage Days in September. High season: every day from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm. June and September by appointment. Adults: 6 €. Children (from 4 to 12 years old): 1,50 €. Groups (10 people): 3 € (and 1 € for children). Special rates for theme days with activities. Guided tour (groups on request). Animations.
