At La Varanda, "there are no tomatoes in the chicken carryout". Laurent, the owner, claims this with all his heart. A complete self-taught cooking enthusiast, "Lo" has gone back to the origins of his country's Creole recipes to restore their authentic flavors. He also offers generous, flavorful bistronomic cuisine inspired by other parts of the world (Peruvianceviche, beef picanha...). La Varanda is also a meeting place for local artists, with "dinner-conferences-concerts" scheduled from time to time.

The welcome you'll receive from our team is worthy of the singular hospitality offered by Reunion Islanders to their friends and family.
A selection of music has been carefully chosen to relax you while you enjoy one of our house cocktails.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, "LO" Chef and his brigade prepare authentic Creole and Bistronomic dishes.
A very pleasant atmosphere will accompany your meal, and you'll have the feeling of being peacefully seated on the veranda of your own home.
