Self-service rental of electrically-assisted bicycles, with or without subscription. How does it work? It's very simple. Start by downloading the free application onto your smartphone. Then simply log on to the app, create an account (if it's your first time, and even for a one-off rental), then go to one of Saint-Paul's 25 Roulib stations and follow the instructions. The bikes unlock automatically via the app. Ride freely and finish your journey at the Roulib station of your choice.
