The oldest Hindu temple on the island and the only one in Europe classified as a historical monument. In 1852, the Kervéguen family built 5 of them to allow its Indian workers to practice their cult. The Pandialée temple is the last to remain. An inscription painted above the entrance door mentions the names of the owners at the time. Its frescoes are magnificent and tell the adventures of the Mahâbhârata, realized in 1873 with vegetable paintings. It can be admired from the outside; however, the interior is unfortunately not open to visitors.

Superbe!
