At an altitude of 70 m, one kilometre from the town centre and the beach, this residence with trees and flowers offers furnished apartments of all sizes, from studios for 2 people to large T4s for 6 people. It is organized around a swimming pool with a beautiful view of Saint-Leu and the sea, in a heterogeneous orchard where carambolas, hams, grapefruits, guava trees grow... The owners take care of the daily details: tourist and weather information, car booking. Good value for money, but the walk back from the beach is very steep!

Vacances géniales, logement très propre, calme, accueillant, très bien situé. Patricia et Julien sont des hôtes accueillants, attentionnés, à l’écoute et de très bons conseils pour les endroits sympas à visiter. Vacances inoubliables.

Déjà passés avec nos enfants il y a 5 ans nous y sommes revenus sans aucune hésitation. Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux, confort, calme et vue magnifique.
Une grande disponibilité si besoin des propriétaires.
La wifi pour les Ados...
Et toutes les commodités à 5/10 minutes à pieds.
Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour.

Gîte agréable dominant Saint-Leu avec une jolie vue mer et une piscine. Personnel très sympathique toujours prêt à rendre service et à vous informer.

We are magic of our stay to the Cottages Cap Soleil, well located on the heights of Saint Leu, facing the Indian Ocean.
Comfortable accommodation - the site is well kept, pleasant - had the good life.
The staff is friendly, available and good advice.
Saint Leu is well placed for easy access to the major roads north and south.

Gîtes très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités, calme, propre et le personnel est très agréable et de bons conseils sur les excursions, les us et coutumes de l'île. Appartement bien équipé avec vue imprenable sur l'océan.
