Je me suis fait "avoir"...
Bonjour. J'ai loué un véhicule à 19 euros par jour pour une durée de 16 jours. À cause d'un décès dans ma famille, j'ai dû précipiter mon retour après 7 jours de location. Malgré mes explications, au lieu de me rembourser, l'établissement s'est contenté d'un avoir d'une durée de 6 mois que je n'ai aucune chance de faire valoir. La voiture, elle, est dispo pour la location dès le jour de mon départ. Petite astuce comptable très inélégante... Si mon post peut faire louper ne serait-ce qu'une seule location à adm, j'aurais pu donner un exemple de ce que l'on appelle une très mauvaise politique commerciale.
