Hotel-restaurant elaborating traditional recipes of the island revisited, a grill party on Sunday and a brunch.

Le Flamant Rose is located by the swimming pool of the Frégate Bleue hotel. Chef Henri Nunes has restored the restaurant to its former glory: the decor has been revamped, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, especially in the evening with its subdued, colorful lighting. World cuisine with a modern twist, highlighting local produce. The plates are beautifully decorated and the service friendly. Events are regularly organized at the restaurant.
