In a beautiful site overlooking the bay, Plein Soleil, this large Creole house run by Jean-Christophe, has 16 nicely decorated rooms divided into 5 villas. The table d'hôtes is also noteworthy. Chef Rudy Réclair cultivates remarkable creativity and combines mixed flavors with fresh local products. Menus with a thousand and one flavors, always with a choice between fish or meat. An address not to be missed.

Les bâtiments sont vraiment de grande qualité, très belle architecture et superbe vue sur la baie du robert. La cuisine est vraiment de qualité également, j'ai passé un très bon moment. Ne pas s'attendre à avoir une carte aussi fournie que dans d'autres restaurant le cuisinier propose deux plats mais les produits servis sont frais ;-)
