In this small shop decorated in green, Claude Ziouka, artisan ice cream maker and creator of flavors, distills a colorful palette of sorbets and ice creams to make any palate fantasize. Here, quality is the priority and local products are a must. Soursop, guava or yellow mombin, basil, lychee, mango or lemongrass compete with the delicious vegetarian chili ice cream, or with those made with turban squash, manioc or barbadine pulp.
