It is THE ice cream shop of the North Caribbean! In this small shop decorated in green, Claude Ziouka, artisan ice cream maker and creator of flavors, distills a colorful palette of sorbets and ice creams to make any palate fantasize. Here, quality is the priority and local products are a must. Soursop, guava or yellow mombin, basil, lychee, mango or lemongrass compete with the delicious vegetarian chili ice cream, or with those made with turban squash, manioc or barbadine pulp.

Accueil décevant
La relation client est primordiale malgré un savoir-faire existant. Se faire agresser gratuitement suite à une question sur un ingrédient est intolérable et ne méritait ni mépris ni dédain ni suggérer de porter plainte si le client n'est pas satisfait.

Il y avait peu de monde quand nous sommes arrivés
L'attente fut courte car les personnes avant nous savaient ce qu'elles voulaient
Notre tour arriva et là, AGRESSION
Nous faire goûter 2 parfums fut un supplice pour le patron
Et il nous pressa CAR IL Y AVAIT DU MONDE
L'un de mes amis avaient été la semaine d'avant et il nous expliqua clairement qu'avec les touristes, ce petit monsieur était beaucoup plus patient et au petit soin
Nous sommes répartis dégoutés mais pas étonné de sa mentalité.
