Harvested in French Guiana from the drowned lands of the Approuague River, from ^18th-century plantations that have been abandoned, Cacao d'Amazonie combines ancestral Amerindian know-how with wood-fired roasting and European chocolate-making techniques, making it unique. On-site production of pure organic cocoa paste sticks, multi-flavored bars and chocolate bonbons filled with touka praline, coconut-cinnamon flavor, palm tarpaulin, ganache or wassai.
