Try the riesling or the saffron acoupa terrine, the auberge's restaurant is all the rage in the region. Bruno, who has been here for over a decade, welcomes his customers as friends, and if he doesn't go on excursions himself, he'll be able to point you in the right direction. A very good address!

The best table Guiana! pork terrine or wood, acoupa torch, christophine gratin menu has €25. which is worth this price! The room is exceptional and unique for €40, bed mosquito net and room without... wall! A stop that we made 3 times and is a magical moment each time. Possibility to sleep in hammock €10. (hammock provided £14.)
