Set up under the halls of the Cayenne market three times a week, several small vendors offer Chinese soups (the famous Hmong soup that everyone talks about in French Guiana), Creole specialties (excellent black puddings and smoked chicken in particular), Surinamese (roast) and Brazilian dishes for a very economical meal. In a warm and popular atmosphere, you can eat directly on the spot, caressed by the smell of the spices for sale in the stalls all around. A visit not to be missed for a taste of Cayenne's effervescence.

Toujours plusieurs possibilités de se restaurer pour pas cher à l'intérieur du marché : la bien connue "soupe chinoise" au fond côté ouest, et d'autres cuisines sur le côté sud, en particulier celle d'une maîtresse femme haïtienne, dont les plats sont bons et copieux (10-11 euros pour un plat et un jus de fruit frais).

It is a shame that the juices are now practically at 6th! much too expensive but the two small Brazilian stands is in top!

Two point restoration in the covered market. The first, when entering, right on the right, very good soup Chinese and the second is a Brazilian restaurant next to the fruit juices merchant, Tia. Both offer delicious and copious dishes.
