A vanilla farm in the state forest of Sainte-Rose offering a guided tour of the production process.

Since 2008, Cédric Coutelier has been producing organic vanilla in partnership with the Office National des Forêts. His production won the gold medal at the Paris agriculture show in 2021 (also in 2020). He offers a guided tour of his farm located in the heart of the state forest of Sainte-Rose. During 3 hours, you will discover the different stages of production and the traditional "griffage" techniques unique in the world and its artisanal products (vanilla extract, black vanilla planifolia, vanilla pompona).
